An Integrated Healthcare Approach
-
Osteopathic Treatment
Osteopathic treatment uses gentle, hands-on techniques to reduce pain, release tension, and improve overall function. Guided by the Osteopathic principle that the body functions as an integrated unit with an inherent capacity to heal, treatment works with joints, muscles, fascia, circulation and the nervous system. Care is based upon each individual’s presentation, with the aim of restoring function, reducing pain, addressing underlying contributors to dysfunction, and supporting long-term health and resilience.
-
Assessment & Diagnosis
Patient assessment involves taking the time to understand the whole person, not just the area of pain. This includes observing posture, movement, alignment and breathing mechanics, along with, palpation to identify areas of tension, restriction, or imbalance. These findings are considered together with your medical history, lifestyle, and current stresses to build a clear picture of how your body is functioning. Where appropriate, clinical judgement is used to determine when further investigations or imaging are required to support safe, effective care and guide treatment decisions.
-
Movement & Rehabilitation
Movement is essential for overall health. Patients are supported to build consistent daily movement habits (even just 5 minutes) to enhance energy, tissue health, and longevity. Care is tailored to each individual, whether establishing basic movement patterns, improving posture, or progressing to more advanced routines. Following injury or surgery, personalised rehabilitation focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and safe movement to support recovery, maintain mobility, and reduce future injury risk.
-
Nervous System Regulation
Nervous system regulation helps patients understand how the brain and body respond to stress and daily demands. Through education on nervous system function and practical strategies such as movement and breath work, patients learn to access a more regulated, restorative state. This supports healing, improves focus and cognitive function, reduces brain fog, increases energy, and enhances sleep. It also helps manage pain, reduce overwhelm, and optimise performance in daily life, school, or work.
School & Corporate based programs
Brooke delivers evidence-informed programs integrating osteopathic principles, neuroscience, and nervous system education to support performance, recovery, and nervous system regulation.
Her workshops translate complex brain and nervous system science into practical, actionable strategies that can be applied immediately.
-
The Neuro Reset Workshop supports student focus, wellbeing, and performance through practical nervous system education. Designed as support for navigating senior school and the HSC, it helps students understand how stress affects the brain and body, and how this impacts memory, motivation, emotional regulation, and exam performance.
Using evidence-informed strategies from osteopathy, neuroscience, psychology, and breath work, students learn simple tools to manage overwhelm, improve clarity, and perform with calm and confidence. The program is adaptable across year levels and can be integrated into a whole-school wellbeing strategy, with optional staff development, junior workshops, and digital follow-up support.
-
These corporate programs address burnout and overload by rebuilding nervous system capacity for clear thinking and consistent performance under pressure. Using practical, body-brain strategies grounded in osteopathy, neuroscience, and breath work, employees gain immediately applicable tools to regulate stress, stabilise energy, and maintain focus — supporting sustainable results while reinforcing a healthy workplace culture.
-
Guided breath work sessions that teach practical techniques to regulate the nervous system, support relaxation, enhance energy and recovery. Suitable for schools, workplaces, or personal practice, sessions can be delivered in person or online, with follow-up options to reinforce skills and build daily consistency.
-
Interactive workshops that help participants understand and respond to their body’s signals, improving posture, movement, and overall function. Practical strategies, including mobility exercises and self-care techniques, support recovery, reduce pain, and maintain wellbeing between osteopathic sessions.
